**Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/locations/northridge-specialty-care)** **is seeking a** **Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** **to join our established outpatient clinic in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a** **supportive, mission-driven environment** **focused on comprehensive primary care and population health.**

**Opportunity Highlights**

+ Full-time, outpatient **primary care position** at a busy, multi-specialty clinic

+ Collaborate with a team of experienced **family medicine physicians and APPs**

+ Provide care for **patients of all ages** , with a focus on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management

+ Conduct routine exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans

+ Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a **team-based, patient-centered care model**

+ Supported by **on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services**

+ Monday–Friday schedule, no call or weekends required

+ Nurse Practitioner Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually + productivity incentives

+ Physician Assistant Salary: $135 - $150,000 annually + productivity incentives

**Qualifications**

+ Graduate of an accredited **Nurse Practitioner** or **Physician Assistant** program

+ Current and unrestricted **California NP or PA license**

+ National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

+ **1+ years Family Medicine or Primary Care experience** preferred

+ Excellent communication and clinical skills

+ Commitment to providing **compassionatet care** to a diverse patient population

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
