**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

The Staff RN is a licensed professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current CA RN licensure

+ One year recent critical care or emergency department experience required (may consider training if current staff skillset and experience allows)

+ Working knowledge of basic dysrhythmia

+ Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)

+ Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing

+ Advanced dysrhythmia interpretation

$52.59 - $68.92 /hour
