**Responsibilities**

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia (http://dhmf.org/sequoia) is seeking an experienced, team-oriented **Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)** or **Physician Assistant (PA)** interested in joining our busy **Express Primary Care** Clinic in beautiful **Half Moon Bay, CA** . We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital (https://www.dignityhealth.org/bayarea/locations/sequoia) . We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

**Opportunity Highlights:**

+ 4.5-day Schedule, NO WEEKENDS

+ Work from home 1 day per week

+ 80/20 Walk-ins and Scheduled patient visits

+ E-fill service and inbox support for work-life balance

+ Mentorship and robust onboarding

+ Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on clinical interest and patient needs (e.g., joint injections, skin biopsies, I&Ds, pap smears, etc.)

**Compensation/Benefits Include:**

+ Guaranteed Salary $140k per year

**Qualifications**

+ At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics

+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

+ Completion of state mandated educational courses

+ Bilingual preferred - English and Spanish

$57.69 - $67.30 /hour
