The Shipboard Missiles Program Office has high visibility, high impact opportunity for a Solid Rocket Motor Production Program Manager. In this role, as a change agent, you will be responsible for positively impacting cost, schedule, and quality requirements for solid rocket motor production at a supplier. This role will develop key executive-level relationships internally with Program Management, Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality & Mission Assurance. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and developing collaboration, trust and accountability with the suppliers' senior management levels, to drive business results that have a significant impact on the portfolio’s financial performance and bottom line. Additionally, you will enable the delivery of solid rocket motors in support of the Navy and Missile Defense Agency mission capabilities. You will navigate Supplier Statement of Work/Specification changes, enabling robust risk and opportunity management. You will work with the supplier to identify capacity and manufacturing improvements, including supplier investment, to position Raytheon and the supplier for success. This role will report directly to the Vice President of the Shipboard Missiles Business Unit.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Meet or exceed program objectives to include supplier financial, technical, quality, and schedule performance
+ Responsible for influencing a cross functional team of engineers, quality, and procurement professionals to achieve Raytheon and customer deliverables
+ Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve the supplier’s performance and alignment with our organization’s priorities
+ Support financial planning activities to include forecasting, AOP, and EAC
+ Lead the supplier risk mitigation and opportunity capture process
+ Develop and implement a supplier strategy that addresses current execution and future business
+ Assess and communicate supplier metrics to internal stakeholders, and provide direct feedback to the supplier
+ Domestic business travel approximately 25% (potential for some international travel)

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
+ Experience with Program/Project Management
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Knowledge of rocket motor production processes
+ Experience across multiple functional domains
+ Current RTX Program Management certification, or equivalent external training
+ Experience providing executive level briefings on complex topics
+ Experience identifying and implementing production process improvements
+ Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR
+ Experience with Earned Value (EV) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
+ Experience with Statements of Work (SOW)
+ Experience as a member of a cross-functional team and/or experience with program management

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
